Returns
You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@smartstitch.store.
